Your Role
As a B2B Sales Specialist youll:
- Assist customers via phone and email resolving their inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Accurately log customer feedback and complaints in the system ensuring efficient followup.
- Troubleshoot issues using your problemsolving skills training and support materials.
- Offer tailored recommendations and solutions to frequently asked questions.
- Handle issues within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high satisfaction.
- Contribute to an exceptional customer experience that reflects our company values.

What Were Looking For
If youre passionate about customer service and thrive in an international environment we want to hear from you! Heres what we need:
- Fluency in Portuguese / Spanish / Italian / French (mandatory).
- A good level of English (C1) to collaborate with teams and handle system tools.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly customerfocused approach.
- A High School Diploma or higher.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
