GermanSpeaking Quality Analyst Elevate Excellence in Video Streaming!
Location: Lisbon Portugal (Santos)
Start Date: 9th December 2024
Languages Required:
- German (C1C2)
- English (B2)
What Youll Do:
As a Quality Analyst youll play a critical role in enhancing customer service standards for a leading Video Streaming Platform. Your mission includes:
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards through sample reviews of calls chats and emails.
- Creating insightful reports and dashboards to track KPIs productivity and team performance.
- Identifying improvement areas conducting root cause analyses and proposing actionable solutions.
- Supporting team management with detailed feedback and assisting in employee performance reviews.
- Collaborating with the Training Team to refine and document policies and processes.
- Driving continuous improvement through audits calibrations and actionable recommendations.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Previous QA experience (junior or senior) with a strong understanding of root cause analysis and KPI tracking.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication (verbal & written).
- Comfortable with Excel and reporting tools.
- Proactive and detailoriented mindset.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts including weekends.
