Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the identification evaluation and development of new business opportunities that align with companys strategic goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decisionmaking and identify potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with the Director of New Ventures to develop business plans and financial models for prospective ventures.
- Support the execution of new projects by coordinating crossfunctional teams and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Build relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support for new initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of new ventures providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to communicate progress and outcomes related to new ventures.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance the companys competitiveness in the marketplace.
- Assist in developing strategies to mitigate risks associated with new business ventures.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Marketing or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in business development project management or strategic planning preferably within a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in analyzing market opportunities and contributing to the development of new products or services.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with experience in presenting to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in project management software and business analysis tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
