Job Description
NOK Human Capital is hiring a Scrum master for one of the biggest global banks.
Location:New CairoMohandseen
Key Responsibilities:
Servant Leadership: Empower and support the team by removing obstacles and enabling their success.
Effective Facilitation: Lead discussions facilitate meetings and ensure productive collaboration during Scrum ceremonies.
Coaching & Mentorship: Help team members develop Agile skills and promote continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 25 years as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile coaching role.
Agile Expertise: Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
Facilitation Skills: Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and team meetings effectively.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust and open dialogue within the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Banking Sector background
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
Experience with Agile tools like Jira or Trello.
Strong conflict resolution and problemsolving skills.
Ability to coach teams on Agile best practices and processes.
