Italian Speeking Reservations Agent at a Car Rental Company
Location: Mosta Malta
Position: Reservations Agent
Language Requirements: Fluent in Italian and English (C1)
Working Hours:Rotative schedule 5 days a week 8 hours a day Monday to Sunday between 08:00 19:00
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading car rental company in Mosta Malta known for their commitment to exceptional customer service and seamless rental experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage incoming reservations and inquiries via phone email and inperson.
Provide detailed information about our vehicles and rental services.
Assist customers in selecting the best rental options to meet their needs.
Handle bookings modifications and cancellations efficiently.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in customer service or reservations is essential.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
