Responsibilities
- Guest Welcome: Greet guests warmly upon arrival providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Information Provision: Provide clear and accurate information about hotel amenities services and local attractions.
- Guest Assistance: Assist guests with various requests such as luggage assistance dining reservations and transportation arrangements.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally striving to find satisfactory solutions.
