Overview: We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals for the roles of Team Leader and Retention Agents across multiple desks including CA AU German and French segments. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service with a focus on retaining clients and leading teams effectively.
Responsibilities:
For Team Leaders:
- Supervise and lead the team of retention agents on the CA Desk and German Desk.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Develop strategies to improve retention rates and overall customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
For Retention Agents:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients in relevant markets.
- Engage customers proactively to understand their needs and address any concerns.
- Utilize effective communication techniques to retain clients and promote services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and followups.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly retention targets.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service retention or team leadership roles.
