About the Role
As a Quality Engineer at Zephyrus Engineering Limited youll be at the forefront of ensuring our projects adhere to the highest quality standards. From planning to execution youll oversee quality control processes collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and deliver results that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Quality Plans: Create detailed quality control plans that meet project requirements and industry standards.
Conduct Inspections and Testing: Oversee inspections material testing and verification to identify and mitigate quality issues.
Drive Process Improvements: Lead rootcause analysis propose corrective actions and enhance quality workflows.
Ensure Compliance: Ensure all projects meet regulatory codes standards and client specifications.
Collaborate with Teams: Partner with design production and operations teams to embed quality into every project phase.
Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate detailed records of inspections tests and quality trends for reporting and analysis.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance quality standards and implement solutions that align with evolving industry best practices.
What Were Looking For
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Assurance or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in quality engineering with a focus on engineering or construction industries preferred.
Certifications: CQE Six Sigma or equivalent certifications are a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficient in quality management systems data analysis and ISO standards.
ProblemSolving Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform rootcause analysis and implement corrective measures effectively.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal skills to collaborate across teams and present findings to leadership.
