Job Description

The Commercial Growth Executive will drive business growth in the Digital Transformation sector by leading and mentoring a highperforming sales team. This role requires a seasoned leader who can develop strategic sales initiatives coach subordinates and ensure the achievement of revenue targets. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital transformation technologies and services along with a proven ability to drive change grow commercial pipelines and inspire teams.

What Will You Do

Key Responsibility:

  • Team Leadership and Mentorship:
  • Lead coach and mentor a team of sales executives providing direction and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear expectations for team members.
  • Foster a collaborative inclusive and highperformance culture within the sales team.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the digital transformation space including services like cloud AI data analytics and IoT solutions.
    • Identify evaluate and prioritize business opportunities across industries.
    • Manage and optimize the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Revenue Growth & Target Achievement:
      • Take full ownership of the sales quota and develop actionable plans to achieve revenue goals.
      • Drive growth through new client acquisition crossselling and upselling to existing customers.
      • Monitor and report on key sales metrics pipeline health and forecast accuracy
      • Client Relationship Management:
        • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Csuite executives and senior decisionmakers in client organizations.
        • Understand client needs and challenges to propose tailored digital transformation solutions.
        • Ensure longterm partnerships by delivering exceptional customer value and satisfaction.
        • Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
          • Stay abreast of industry trends market dynamics and competitor strategies in digital transformation.
          • Use insights to refine sales approaches and strategies to ensure the company remains competitive.
          • Identify opportunities for product development and innovation to meet evolving client needs.
          • Collaboration & CrossFunctional Leadership:
            • Work closely with marketing product and delivery teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and business objectives.
            • Participate in the development of gotomarket strategies and campaigns.
            • Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions to improve service offerings.

            Who Do You Need to Be

            • Commercial degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
            • 7 years of experience in sales or business development in the Digital Transformation industry with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
            • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
            • Strong people management and leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing highperforming sales teams.
            • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior decisionmakers.
            • Deep understanding of digital transformation technologies such as Cloud AI Data Analytics and Automation.
            • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
