Contract Manager Ceiling and Partitioning Installations
Start Date: 1st February 2025
Location: Montague Gardens
Salary: R20000 R30000 per month

Are you an experienced professional ready to take the reins of multiple projects in a dynamic and growing company We are seeking a highly organized and driven Contract Manager to join our team in Montague Gardens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Supervise teams responsible for the installation of commercial ceilings and partitions.
- Coordinate with clients suppliers and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project schedules budgets and resources effectively.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress resolve issues and maintain high safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including progress reports and compliance records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or commercial installation industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of ceiling and partitioning installation processes and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and teams.
- Ability to problemsolve adapt to challenges and make decisions under pressure.
- A valid drivers license and reliable transport are advantageous.
