Job Description
BestLogic Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee largescale complex building projects. This individual will be responsible for the overall technical content safety and accuracy of assigned projects. The Project Manager will collaborate with a talented team of engineers ensuring project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP consulting handson experience and a drive to succeed in a fastpaced environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Project Oversight:
- Manage and oversee technical content for projects ensuring safety and accuracy.
- Establish project due dates and schedules in collaboration with the Team Leader PrincipalinCharge and client.
- Oversee and coordinate submissions including updating backgrounds and progress sets.
- Technical and Administrative Duties:
- Conduct technical reviews to maintain highquality project deliverables.
- Write proposals and review billing.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Team Leadership:
- Coordinate and support the efforts of a skilled engineering team.
- Foster collaboration to deliver creative and efficient solutions.
- Client and Business Development:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP consulting.
- Licensure:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong technical analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
