Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Project Manager:
Job Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management:
- Develop detailed project plans outlining scope timelines resource allocation and budgets.
- Define project objectives deliverables and success criteria.
- Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure timely and successful completion.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all projectrelated communications.
- Provide regular updates on project progress risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to review project status and address concerns.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and guide project teams including automation engineers analysts and other relevant personnel.
- Assign tasks set expectations and monitor team performance.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to achieve project goals.
Technical Oversight:
- Oversee the design development and implementation of automation solutions.
- Ensure alignment of automation technologies with organizational goals and standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations industry standards and best practices.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements.
- Ensure delivery of projects within allocated budget constraints.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure automation solutions meet established standards and requirements.
- Conduct postimplementation reviews to assess project success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and technical specifications.
- Prepare and present reports on project performance outcomes and lessons learned to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Project Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing automation or robotics projects preferably within warehouse or supply chain environments.
- Strong knowledge of autonomous technologies such as Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and robotic systems.
- Familiarity with safety and quality control protocols especially in industrial or warehouse settings.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP Six Sigma or similar are advantageous.
- Occasional travel may be required (up to 6 times per year) as the role may involve regional or international project coordination in Asia and the Middle East.

- Salary: Up to SGD 6900 AWS VB (2 3 Months)
