The Opportunity
Were seeking a Lateral Litigation Associate to join one of our esteemed clients in their Portland Oregon office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex civil and business litigation matters within a collaborative and supportive team.
What Youll Do
- Manage Complex Litigation: Represent a diverse range of businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings as well as in alternative dispute resolution venues.
- Deliver Advocacy Excellence: Draft and argue motions conduct discovery and participate in all stages of litigation with precision and strategic insight.
- Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated litigation matters at both the local and national levels.
- Drive Client Success: Provide exceptional client service by delivering highquality legal solutions.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in civil or complex business litigation with judicial clerkship experience encouraged.
- Experience with largescale litigation matters and ediscovery is a plus.
- Education: J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Skills:
- Superb written and oral advocacy skills.
- Commitment to professionalism excellence and a strong work ethic.
- Mindset: Eagerness to practice law at a high level within a collegial and collaborative environment.
