Job Title: Project Manager (Precast Concrete)

Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Project Management (Preferably in Construction or Precast Concrete)

Location: Northern Territory Australia

Work Mode: FullTime

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Create and implement detailed project plans timelines and risk management strategies.
  • Resource Management: Oversee and optimize the allocation of labor equipment and materials.
  • Budget Management: Track budgets control costs and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact ensuring client satisfaction with regular updates and resolution of issues.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients engineers subcontractors and internal teams to align project goals.
  • Quality and Safety Compliance: Conduct site visits to maintain adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track milestones identify risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and guide project teams to ensure effective collaboration and results.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed progress reports for stakeholders covering timelines budgets and deviations.



Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or precast concrete industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning budget management and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of quality and safety compliance standards in the construction industry.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt under pressure.
  • A relevant degree or certification in construction management civil engineering or a related field is preferred.
