Job Description:
Develop motion design systems which reflect the identity of our clients; across different products and marketing markets touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with designers to define the evolution of the brand through a motionfirst approach.
Developing a cohesive motion graphics design system language for use across advertising collateral and frontend platforms.
Execution of animated brand collateral tools and communication videos.
Development of video toolkits and templates for social media.
Identify and educate the team on bestinclass video trends.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders to maintain a cohesive brand while defining motion design system.
Take lead on the front of motion design.
Requirements
3 years of professional experience in motion graphics.
A solid showreel of motion portfolio.
Ability to single handedly execute endtoend production.
Knowledge and interest in the world of B2B is a plus.
Good working knowledge in Adobe After Effects Premier Pro and other animation/video authoring tools is a must.
Curiosity to learn other design systems is a plus.
Experience with sound design and audio production techniques.
Fluency in English /Hindi is a must.
"* You should possess 3-5 years of experience in advertising or marketing agencies. * Bachelors degree in Mass communication is preffered. * High levels of accountability are vital, given the critical nature of the role in our small team. * Innovation should be your second nature, as there's ample scope for creativity. * You are expected to be a creative thinker who can work independently with minimal supervision. * Proficiency in the English language is a must, and the ability to rephrase content is essential. * Knowledge or experience in social media-based content discovery will be an advantage Graphic Design, Typography, B2B, Design thinking, Time Management, Adobe Creative Suit, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Attention to Detail, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics and Motion Design.
