This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain handson experience and learn the fundamentals of HR functions in a realworld business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist the HR team in sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates for various roles through job portals social media and referrals.
- Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process by preparing welcome kits coordinating with new hires and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Employee Records Management: Help maintain and update employee records in HR software or databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- HR Documentation: Assist in preparing and organizing HR documents such as offer letters contracts and performance appraisals.
- HR Communication: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies procedures and benefits.
- Employee Engagement: Help organize teambuilding activities employee recognition programs and other employee engagement initiatives.
- Training & Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking employee participation.
- HR Reporting: Support the HR team in preparing reports related to employee performance attendance and other HR metrics.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Detailoriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well in a team and interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Eagerness to Learn: Passion for HR and a desire to gain handson experience in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any previous internships or course work related to Human Resources.
- Knowledge of HR software (like SAP Workday or similar) is a plus.
