Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Junior HR to join our team on a parttime basis. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain handson HR experience while balancing other commitments. The successful candidate will assist in various HR functions including recruitment onboarding and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding processes including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support for HR operations as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or a related field (students pursuing a degree may also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and principles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to work 45 hours a day Monday to Friday.
