Job Summary:
Must have at least 3.5 years of experience in technology.
Requires at least 2 years of experience in providing customer support for website hosting domain names DNS management and cloud infrastructure.
Should have minimum 2 years of experience in using cPanel/WHM or Plesk.
Must have handson experience in DNS Email Databases SSL & Security Website performance WordPress & other CMS Domains Migrations Backups PHP Scripting SSH & Bash and basic SEO/SEM.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Experience in technical support or call center is highly appreciated.
Must be well organized with strong time management skills.
Should have the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of an organization.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills are required.
Must be a selfstarter who can excel in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Should be open to receiving and providing constructive criticism.
