Job Title: Sales Support Specialist
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Fulltime
Experience: 3 6 years
Work timings: 4 PM to 1 AM Indian Timings

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customeroriented Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team in achieving revenue targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support managing sales documentation processing orders and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented proactive and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with leadership Vendor partners and do ongoing research from multiple internal and external sources and build a prospect company / contact database for targeting
  • Attend all the prospect meetings capture actions items and plan follow ups working in partnership with the SDR and the Account leadership in US
  • Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks including managing calendars scheduling meetings and preparing sales documents.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries providing product or service information resolving issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate sales team members.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare maintain and update sales contracts proposals quotes and other necessary documents required throughout the sales cycle.
  • CRM Management: Ensure accurate data entry and upkeep of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system tracking leads customer information and sales activities.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports and performance metrics for the sales team and management providing insights into pipeline progress order status and sales performance.
  • Sales Order Processing: Accurately process and manage sales orders in the system ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all customer orders and inquiries are handled efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the companys products services and industry trends to effectively support the sales team and answer customer questions.
  • PostSales Support: Assist with customer followups after sales are closed addressing any postsale questions concerns or additional service needs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business Sales Marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • 3 years of experience in sales support customer service or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Zoho CRM HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in processing orders and managing documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customercentric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in a B2B or technical sales environment.
  • Familiarity with sales metrics and reporting.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot salesrelated issues.
  • Basic understanding of sales contracts pricing and invoicing processes.
