Job Description:
Job Title: ETL Automation Tester
Location:Chennai Pune
Experience: 311 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Automation Development: Design and implement automated test scripts for ETL processes using tools such as specific tools e.g. Apache JMeter Selenium or custom scripts.
- ETL Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of ETL processes to verify data extraction transformation and loading accuracy. Ensure that data quality and integrity are maintained throughout the ETL pipeline.
- Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and document test strategies plans and cases for ETL processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
- Defect Management: Identify report and track defects discovered during testing. Work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Data Validation: Perform data validation and verification to ensure that the transformed data meets the expected standards and business requirements.
- Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing of ETL processes to assess scalability and efficiency. Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve test automation frameworks and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for test cases scripts and results. Ensure documentation is uptodate and accessible.
