Job Title : Technical Writer
Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)
Position Overview
- In this role youll craft compelling developer documentation unified taxonomy and cohesive storytelling for our API ecosystem.
- Collaborate with designers engineers architects product managers and teams who are passionate about bringing exceptional experiences to the fields of architecture construction manufacturing and film and visual effects.
- If youre passionate about blending code with words and eager to contribute to worldclass platform design we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Craft and improve technical documentation thats humanfriendly clear and accurate in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Write edit and publish documentation for developer and customer journeys including integration and customization workflows API SDK and XML references product documentation and release information
- Apply a userfirst approach for communicating complex ideas concisely
- Use selfdirection to juggle multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in information systems information technology computer science journalism technical documentation humancentered interaction or other related discipline.
- 8 years of proven experience in writing technical documentation for developers
- Working knowledge of Confluence JIRA Slack graphic editors and Github.
- Exemplary verbal and writing skills
- Adaptability to work with remote teams and different time zones.
