We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing implementing and managing our social media strategy to drive brand awareness engagement and traffic. This role will involve crafting compelling content managing social media accounts analyzing performance and collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with company objectives and enhance brand presence.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends tools and best practices.
- Research and identify target audiences and tailor content strategies accordingly.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create engaging highquality content (text images video and infographics) for various social media platforms including Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn TikTok Pinterest etc.
- Manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting and messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with graphic designers copywriters and video editors to produce platformspecific content.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor social media channels engage with followers respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and foster an online community by nurturing relationships with followers influencers and brand advocates.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback on social media platforms.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new products services or company events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads Instagram Ads etc.) to increase reach and conversions.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) including engagement reach conversions and ROI.
- Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Sprout Social Hootsuite etc.) to evaluate campaign success and identify growth opportunities.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure consistency in messaging tone and visuals across all social media platforms.
- Maintain the brands voice and identity while adapting content to suit each platforms unique requirements.
Collaboration and Crossfunctional Support:
- Work closely with the content design public relations and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to digital marketing.
- Assist in other marketing initiatives as needed including email marketing influencer partnerships and event promotions.
Influencer and Partnership Outreach:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers content creators and brand ambassadors to expand brand reach.
- Negotiate terms of collaboration and ensure alignment with brand values and goals.
