1. Analysing the nature of enquiry and the agent in order to recommend the shipping solutions to them.
2. Scrutinising the enquiry to provide competitive rates.
3.Creating a rapport with the liners to secure the space and equipment.
4. A constant eye for details to analyse the shipping routes to cater the needs of the diverse clients across the world.
5. Guiding the key accounts team to execute the booking process.

Requirements
Ability to multi task in a fastpaced environment.
Selfsufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.
Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective client relationships and develop strategic approaches to help the customer.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment as a team leader and member.
Problem solver able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision
