Description/Comment:
1. Interprets Knowledge Transfer (KT) discussions conversations meetings and other trainings using appropriate sign language and the cultural background of hearing and speech impaired employees.
2. Accurately interprets hearing and speech impaired employees signs into fluent English for other employees leads and managers.
3. Train assess and implement activities to effect improvement in domain knowledge.
4. Assessing relevant training needs for individuals.
5. Creating and implementing training modules as needed by the client and rolling out the same to the agents undergoing training and on the floor.
6. Calibrating with existing coaches / Operations. Conducting Refresher/Remediation Training.
7. Aid the Operations team produce plans to meet the targets and development needs.
8. Documenting training progress and reporting it to training / Operations.
9. Ensure that the current knowledge is updated regularly through huddles monitoring etc.
10. Develop self and always maintain knowledge in relevant field.
Current CTC: 4.5 LPA
Expected (Discussed & agreed) CTC: 6 LPA
