Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
Drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team.
Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
Design and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover.
Develop succession planning frameworks.
Establish performance management systems and processes.
Ensure timely reviews and performance improvement plans.
Drive a culture of accountability and high performance.
Identify training needs and implement effective L&D programs.
Build leadership development pipelines.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Handle grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.
Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Develop review and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Oversee salary structures benefits and rewards systems.
Conduct benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
Use data to inform decisionmaking and improve HR processes.
Report key HR metrics to management.
