Mission:
Ensure the execution of preventive predictive and corrective maintenance of injection molding machines auxiliary equipment and building infrastructure by effectively supervising resources and maintenance schedules. The goal is to guarantee the continuous operation of the plant while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Preventive Maintenance:
- Manage human and material resources for preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
- Ensure continuity of production while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Supervise Corrective Maintenance:
- Oversee and when necessary directly participate in corrective maintenance tasks.
- Conduct followups on unforeseen issues to minimize downtime.
Inventory and Procurement:
- Coordinate specifications and purchases of spare parts and tools.
- Maintain adequate stock levels to ensure operational continuity.
Service Coordination:
- Handle specifications for contracting plant services or external repairs.
- Ensure efficient equipment functionality.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify develop and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Analyze production losses to develop preventive solutions.
Staff Development:
- Use leadership tools to foster highperforming motivated teams.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Adhere to environmental health safety and food safety regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety and cleanliness in the workplace.
Requirements
- Education:
- High school diploma: Electromechanical electronic or electrical technician (mandatory).
- University/tertiary degree: Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineer (preferred).
- Certifications:
- Knowledge of ISO standards () GMP and OHSAS 18001.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 5 years in maintenance coordination preferably in manufacturing.
Work Experience: Minimum 3 5 years in maintenance coordination or related roles preferably in a manufacturing environment involving injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in preventive predictive and corrective maintenance strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of injection molding machines refrigeration equipment PLCs and industrial electronics.
- Technical skills in mechanics hydraulics pneumatics and the use of tools like AutoCAD and SAP.
- Familiarity with GMP ISO 14000 ISO 22000 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
- Intermediatelevel English preferably technical.
- Competency in Excel and data analysis.
- Effective problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and project management.
