Key Responsibilities
Team Coordination
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians across various maintenance tasks.

- Ensure execution of scheduled maintenance activities for molds auxiliary equipment and facilities.
- Guarantee operational continuity and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Corrective Maintenance
- Analyze and address urgent maintenance needs coordinating resources to resolve issues efficiently.
- Follow up on unplanned downtimes to minimize recurrence.

Procurement and Inventory Management
- Specify coordinate and supervise the purchase of spare parts and tools.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels to support production needs.

- Manage relationships with external service providers for repairs and parts fabrication.

Requirements
Education:
- High school diploma or technical degree in electromechanics mechanics or a related field (required).
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering (preferred).

Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems (e.g. SAP).
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems and compressed air generation.
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and electrical systems.
Certifications:
- ISOand OHSAS 18001 certifications are preferred.

Languages:
- Intermediate English with an emphasis on technical terminology.

Work Experience
- Minimum 35 years of experience in mold maintenance or a similar role within the manufacturing or injection molding industry.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage preventive predictive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Experience working in facilities with injection molding machines auxiliary equipment and industrial buildings.
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of mold maintenance including preventive and corrective procedures.
- Familiarity with injection molding machines auxiliary equipment and industrial facilities.
- Proficiency in software such as SolidWorks AutoCAD and SAP.
- Handson experience with refrigeration equipment SCADA systems and instruments for mechanical and electrical measurements.
- Understanding of GMP Food Safety Standards (ISO 22000) and Environmental Safety Standards (ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18001).
- Intermediate English proficiency especially technical vocabulary.
- Leadership skills to manage train and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong problemsolving organizational and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and project management. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant improvement methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software. Working Conditions: This role may require occasional travel to various company locations or partner organizations. Flexible work hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines. The position may involve occasional extended work hours during critical project phases.
