Job Description:

The Level 1 Platforms SPOC is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects related to level 1 platforms. This includes ensuring effective operation meeting organizational objectives and managing relevant tasks and projects.

Duties:

Lead and manage the level 1 platforms team.
Develop and implement strategies and policies for level 1 platforms .
Monitor performance and implement improvements.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in the Telco/IT field.
Extensive experience in level 1 platforms.
Strong leadership and management skills.
