The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in managing highdemand environments demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a background in either aesthetic medical highend retail or restaurant management. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations optimizing patient experiences and managing a dedicated team to ensure the seamless operation of our prestigious practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Lead all operational aspects of the practice to ensure efficiency compliance and a worldclass patient experience.
Business Development: Identify growth opportunities strategic partnerships and new markets to drive revenue and expand the companys footprint.
Team Management: Recruit train and supervise a team of skilled professionals fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth. Oversee all human resource matters. Implement performance metrics monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess operational effectiveness to achieve optimal results.
Patient Relations: Implement and maintain outstanding patient relations practices ensuring a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere for our discerning clientele.
Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage appointment schedules treatment rooms and resources to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times.
Inventory and Supply Management: Maintain adequate inventory levels of products and supplies collaborating with vendors and suppliers as needed.
Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality standards hygiene protocols and safety regulations to uphold our practices reputation for excellence. Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain current waste disposal protocols.
Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives promotions and events that align with our highend brand identity. Have a hands on role with all practice marketing strategies and contribute to the management of a growing marketing budget.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization service enhancements and employee development to continually elevate our practice.
