Job Summary: We are seeking a targetdriven sales professional with experience in prospecting and presenting at CLevel to secure new business opportunities. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the oil & gas sector. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and proactive individual with a deep understanding of recruitment solutions and a successful sales track record in the oil & gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Collaborate with sales to manage client accounts generate job opportunities and build partnerships.
- Consultation: Guide clients and candidates through complex recruitment processes.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate longterm client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Client Communication: Ensure strong relationships through open positive communication.
- Client Understanding: Gain indepth knowledge of client industries operations and work cultures.
- Social Media: Leverage social media for job promotion and candidate engagement.
- Headhunting: Identify and approach suitable candidates including those currently employed.
- Database Utilization: Match candidates to roles using recruitment databases.
- Application Management: Handle job applications interviews and shortlisting for clients.
- Candidate Briefing: Provide candidates with job details compensation and benefits information.
- Market Insight: Offer market trends and talent mapping insights to the sales team.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in senior level recruitment & executive search within the oil & gas industry
- Skills: Strong prospecting presentation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of recruitment processes and solutions.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in relevant field
- Attributes: Highly motivated proactive and resultsoriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
