Position: Operations Program Manager
Location: Bangalore
Duration: Full Time
Job Description:
- As a Program Manager handling Operations in Embedded Business Unit you will have the opportunity to manage end to end Program Operations including managing the scoping exercises tracking the head count estimations planning and tracking the budget (Operational expenses) and be able to provide high level reporting to Senior Management.

- A successful candidate will have the ownership of most of the operations for Embedded Engineering need to plan and track the operational work items and ensure operation efficiencies are met. A candidate must be selfmotivated must have a passion for working with a diverse team must be able to deftly manage both internal and external dependencies and ensure all operational activities are diligently tracked.
- The candidate must be a team player with a commitment to meeting deadlines and an aptitude to thrive in a fast paced multitasking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Program Management team to support the Operations for the Engineering team.
- Support for budget planning program costing for various work streams
- Prepare templates to streamline the operations including scoping exercises head count estimations budgeting etc.
- Automating the templates with macros and scripting.
- Generate all dimensional metrics around scope resourcing budgeting tracking including generation of charts to measure plan vs actuals burndown charts team velocity measurement etc.
- Identify tools to effectively manage Program operations and maintain dashboards on various status reporting
- Track the quarterly Operating expenses and ensure that all heads under various expenses are appropriately captured and tracking to closure
- Assist in developing and implementing operational best practices tools templates and metrics to drive continuous process improvement within engineering
Preferred Experience:
- Technical background in semiconductor industry with 2 years of operations experience as part of Project/Program Management Office.
- Strong exposure to various project management processes and principles Waterfall Agile etc.
- Experience in Operations under PMO scope exercises head count estimations budgeting material tracking etc.
- Hands on experience with Excel Macros and scripting
- Experience using tools such as JIRA Confluence SharePoint MS Project etc.
- Ability to structure and execute complex analysis draw insights and communicate summary findings/recommendations to senior management.
- Highly organized able to prioritize and juggle multiple work streams to tight deadlines
- Flexible working schedule to manage global (Asia and North America) program execution teams
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
