Job Description
Software Configuration Engineer
Project Role Description :
Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements.
Must have Skills : Microsoft 365 SSI: NON SSI: Good to Have Skills :SSI: Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging NON SSI : Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool Implement the changes as applicable test the changes and handover to customer Manage the incidents infra structure changes Required for easy transition into role and join oncall group which is high priority Work as a support lead and follow ITIL processes Works with the teams on upcoming features to identify risks and dependencies
Good knowledge of antispam solutions and technologies preferably Microsoft Exchange Online Protection (EOP) cloud solution and ATP
Good understanding of DirSync Azure AD/ AADConnect.
Good understanding of networking IP DNS SMTP.
Good understanding on mail relay and connectors.
Technical Experience:
Experience of troubleshooting Outlook OWA & client related issues for end users
Knowledge of Office 365 Security and Compliance. Exposure to EOL and O365.
Understanding on Exchange Online SharePoint Online and Teams
Experience on SharePoint Online administration.
Knowledge on design planning and implementation experience with Office 365
