Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The IT Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects guiding a team of IT professionals and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions that meet our clients needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT excellent leadership abilities and a passion for technology innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the IT team ensuring best practices are followed in software development systems architecture and IT operations.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning execution and delivery of IT projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective and scalable IT solutions that align with business goals and requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including software developers network engineers and business analysts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of IT services.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables through code reviews testing and adherence to established standards and processes.
- Innovation and Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and advocate for the adoption of new tools and methodologies that can enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them ensuring the stability and security of IT systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of X years of experience in IT with at least X years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in list relevant technologies programming languages and tools. Experience with cloud computing cybersecurity and enterprise systems is highly desirable.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team manage conflicts and drive performance.
- ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL PMP AWS CISSP) are preferred.
