Job Description
1) Young staff: To be between 18 29 yrs.
2) Experience: Strictly NO freshers. Should be having at least 1 yr of experience in
Fashion Retail only. Preferred Brands Lifestyle Bestseller Zudio Uniqlo Azorte Only
Zara H&M etc. Should have a stable work experience (Atleast 6 months work
experience in the previous organization)
3) Vocab: Should be fluent in English (Strict requirement). Would be great if they also
speak Hindi and the local language of that particular state.
4) Appearance: Should be good looking young and groomed and presentable (The kind of
staff you see at H&M and Zara)
5) Customer Interaction: The staff should be friendly energetic and welcoming to
customers. Not looking for any dull low energy candidates.
6) Travel: To be staying nearby to the store location. Not to consider any staff who stays
very far away but promises on the interview that they can travel (These are the people
who end up leaving the job within the next few weeks of joining).
