Job Description
Business Analysts will have core capabilities in creating and managing documentation to build a new Agent Portal which will be integrated with multiple APIs and systems. S/he would preferably have Agent Portal experience from any industry. Must have very high detail orientation in writing BRDs Process Mapping with Functionalities Features and Data granularity and ability to create Analytics and Reporting formats etc. Indeed s/he be an EndtoEnd owner of business analysis of web / responsive portal for agents usages in Airline Industry. S/he will participate and be accountable for capturing all requirements from business and users perspective without any miss and also actively engage in various necessities from design to UAT stage. In nutshell s/he will be the owner of complete documentation of the Agent Portal throughout.
Business Justification
Agent Portal project which is a strategic project and is moving towards UX/UI and an RFP stage would need rigors of 2 Business Analysts to do a comprehensive documentation required for the successful conceptualization associated documentation and implementation of the project.
