Intune and SCCM Troubleshooting skills L2 level.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to enduser computing encompassing both hardware and software components
Strong knowledge and experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 Troubleshooting skills
Experience with MS Intune and SCCM is desirable (Autopilot Device Management Windows updates Autopilot Application deployment Reporting etc).
Handling and solving issues during and post migration of Win 10 to Windows 11.
Good Troubleshooting Knowledge on Microsoft Intune and SCCM tools
Good experience of incident resolution requests changes and problemsolving activities delivered to agreed SLAs.
Good knowledge of Microsofts products like Office 365
Responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues
Manage the daytoday incidents and service requests resolving them promptly utilizing the ITSM tool (Service NOW) of record
