Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy & Management
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness engagement and website traffic.
    • Plan and schedule social media content ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
    • Monitor all social media accounts engaging with followers and handling customer inquiries in a timely professional manner.
    • Track engagement metrics analyze performance data and optimize strategies for better results.
  2. Content Creation & Curation
    • Create and curate engaging content for social media including text images and video content.
    • Ensure a cohesive brand voice and consistent style across all online platforms.
  3. Collaboration & Coordination
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing goals.
    • Collaborate with influencers brand advocates and partners to expand reach and create meaningful relationships.
  4. Trend Analysis & Innovation
    • Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends and best practices implementing innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Crisis Management
    • Address and resolve any social media crises negative feedback or controversial situations swiftly and professionally.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
  2. Location:
    • Based in Ahmedabad (Maninagar)
  3. Social Media Expertise:
    • Indepth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram Facebook YouTube etc.) with a track record of growing followers and engagement.
  4. Communication Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills capable of handling customer interactions and collaborating with team members.
  5. Problem Solving:
    • Ability to handle social media challenges resolve issues and foster a positive online community.
  6. Analytical Thinking:
    • Ability to analyze social media data identify trends and adjust strategies for improved performance.
