Job Description

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration and implementing technology at the operating systemlevel across all server and network areas. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products for configured services running on various platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration. Implement technology at the operating systemlevel across all server and network areas. Provide hardware/software support and work on L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Experience in Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration. Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of other database technologies like Oracle MySQL etc. Experience in hardware/software support and troubleshooting. Knowledge of operating systems like Windows Linux etc. Experience in working with server and network areas. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
