PT. Mebiso Ekosistem Raih Kesuksesan adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa khususnya di bidang jasa pendaftaran Hak Merek membutuhkan tim untuk fungsi Customer Service CS yang akan memberikan informasi dan bantuan kepada customer secara online dan offline terkait dengan produkproduk Mebiso.com.
Tugas dan tanggung jawab :
- Melayani customer via online dan offline produk Mebiso.com.
- Bekerjasama dengan konsultan Jasamerek untuk menindaklanjuti permintaan pendaftaraan merek customer.
- Membantu tim Lead Generation saat ada campaign maupun event dengan fungsi memberikan bantuan informasi produk kepada customer.
Kualifikasi :
- Minimal Lulusan SMA sederajat
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 6 bulan
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dan google spreadsheet
- Menerima Fresh Graduate / Sedang berkuliah kelas pekerja
- Penempatan Surabaya
