Job Description

Job Title: Product Support Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months
** Must take periodic 24x7 Primary oncall responsibilities. (Rotating schedule about every 68 weeks with other team members includes evenings and weekends.)**

The client is seeking a production support analyst to support their Level 2 Production Support team. We provide technical support to internal and external customers of ours identity and access management shared services. These shared services are used by our customerfacing applications to manage the identity of their customers and provide authentication and authorization services.

Our primary responsibilities include:
  • Providing 24x7 support and responding to any customer requests or systemgenerated notifications.
  • Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions to restore service.
  • Must take periodic 24x7 Primary oncall responsibilities. (Rotating schedule with other team members)
  • Represent the team on calls with customers and the Enterprise Command Center.
  • Support upgrades and ongoing maintenance for multiple applications both onprem and in the AWS cloud.
  • Provide support to L3 engineering teams. Assist with testing and infrastructure maintenance. Help coordinate release activities including customer communication and deployment support.
  • Contribute to and lead ongoing project work related to enhancements and automation of processes
  • Must have Experience:
    • 23 years AWS experience
    • On Call support experience
    • Experience with authentication identity management and authorization
    • Must have good communication skills
    • Bachelors Degree
    • Understanding of application and architecture in AWS
    • FNMA experience is a nice to have
    • Familiarity with Duo and PING is a plus
