Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will be dedicated to quality using exceptional communication skills to keep our worldclass systems running. With your deep product knowledge you will accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
Provide technical support to clients and resolve their issues.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their problems and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Document and maintain records of client interactions and solutions provided.
Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends.
Contribute to the improvement of support processes and procedures.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Strong understanding of computer networks and protocols.
Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy management.
Knowledge of remote desktop tools and techniques.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktop applications and operating systems.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 02 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
This position is based at our Kolkata office.
A 15 years fulltime education is required.
