- Qualifications: Graduation is must.
- Location: KharadiPune
- Salary Bracket : Competitive salary in line with market standards.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners only
- Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days inoffice)
Responsibilities:
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes for technical positions.
- Source screen and assess candidates through various platforms and methods.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process maintaining clear communication with all parties involved.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Proven experience in endtoend recruitment.
- Handson experience in sourcing candidates through various channels.
