Job Description:
Key roles and responsibilities
- Engagement with business teams concerning operational issues/queries with Material master data updates and Data Quality
- Accountable to support the Team to carry out Deployments Data quality audit activities Data Maintenance & User Support tickets
- Documenting the data standards and quality rules and maintaining the data definitions
- Identifying and investigating continuous improvement opportunities in the data standards data quality rules and data maintenance processes for each master data objects working with Business and other MDM Team as required.
- Maintain existing Operating Procedures and Training Materials across Material Master Data and Data quality processes.
- Analyze and improve Master Data Process from tool and programming view.
- Prepare Documentation for any tool related aspects in preparation to migrate into new tools or for any system changes
- Monitor and ensure that all incoming demands from the work source (Deployments BAU tickets) are being attended in a timely manner without any delay.
- Accountable to carry out investigations for any issues including noncompliance.
- The role requires good management skills to be able to able to supervise support develop and motivate site aligned teams working under pressure in an evolving service environment
- Participate and engage in MDM projects endtoend and align with deliverables
- Engage with business and drive product deactivation process.
Skills required
- 10 years experience in SAP Material Master Digital Data Analysis
- Thorough understanding of SAP MM fields and high level understanding of MM data processes
- Process analysis skills and experience with ability to translate business issues and requirements into actionable plans
- A good understanding of risk management and controls
- Thorough understanding of data and systems infrastructures
- Technical skills in exploring analyzing profiling manipulating data sets through Excel Power BI SAP IS Tableu etc.
