Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Drive sales initiatives and identify new business opportunities to ensure sustained growth and profitability.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure. Ensure a smooth and efficient transition through each stage of the sales cycle optimizing for effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Administer and optimize CRM systems and other sales tools to streamline workflows improve efficiency and enhance the overall client experience. Ensure that all tools are utilized effectively to support sales activities.
- Work closely with marketing product development and other departments to design and implement targeted campaigns and initiatives that generate leads and drive sales growth.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team fostering a collaborative environment and offering guidance to enhance team performance and individual skills. Set clear goals and support team members in achieving them.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics forecast revenue and identify opportunities for growth. Utilize datadriven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Keep uptodate with the latest industry trends market conditions and competitive landscape. Implement innovative sales techniques and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team. Develop and support training programs provide constructive feedback and encourage professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Client Engagement and Sales Focus: Lead impactful client engagements to drive sales initiatives and foster strategic partnerships. Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals identify and pursue new business opportunities and close new pilot agreements each month to drive significant revenue growth.
- Sales Tools Optimization: Select implement and maintain CRM and other sales tools to streamline workflows and enhance client interactions. Ensure that sales tools are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Comprehensive Sales Cycle Oversight: Oversee the entire sales cycle from proactive prospecting to strategic deal closure ensuring seamless processes and a smooth transition through each stage of the sales funnel.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Establish systems for realtime visibility of team performance and drive process improvements. Set clear achievable goals for the sales team and implement compensation plans that align with performance metrics and business objectives.
- Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management. Provide detailed reporting and analysis to support strategic decisionmaking and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales targets.
- DataDriven Strategies: Implement and leverage datadriven strategies to identify opportunities drive account growth and enhance client satisfaction. Utilize analytics to guide decisionmaking and refine sales approaches.
- Collaborative Campaign Development: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that generate leads and accelerate the sales cycle. Align marketing efforts with sales objectives to maximize impact.
- Continuous Learning Culture: Promote a culture of continuous learning by developing and leading training programs and mentorship initiatives. Encourage ongoing professional development to enhance individual and team sales skills.
- Innovative Sales Techniques: Introduce and champion innovative sales techniques and methodologies. Stay abreast of industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales operations management ideally within the education sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead motivate and develop a highperforming sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Experience with sales analytics and optimization tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret complex data and make informed strategic decisions based on insights. Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data to drive sales performance and growth
