Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the operations of five warehouse locations in the Southeast region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management financial oversight and employee supervision. This role requires strategic planning to achieve operational and financial objectives while ensuring adherence to safety and security standards. As a bilingual English/Korean professional you will be responsible for managing daytoday operations analyzing data and responding to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse operations across five locations in the Southeast region.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Prepare annual budgets manage expenditures analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
- Handle profit and loss management and prepare reports for upper management.
- Supervise develop and evaluate the performance of warehouse employees.
- Respond effectively to client needs and requests including data analysis and report generation.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and security standards in all warehouse operations.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in distribution or warehouse management.
- Direct management and supervisory experience required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel to various warehouse locations as needed.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
