Job Summary:
The Oracle Health Patient Access Implementation Consultant will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of Oracle Healths Patient Access Solution within healthcare organizations. This role involves working closely with clinical administrative and IT teams to ensure the Oracle Health Patient Access Solution is tailored to meet the needs of the organization improve efficiency and enhance patient care. The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle Healths Patient Access Solution providing guidance training and support throughout the implementation process. Key Responsibilities:
System Configuration
Configure Oracle Health Patient Access modules to align with organizational workflows and policies Participate in change impact sessions to identify areas of improvement for future state workflows Integrate the Oracle Health Patient Access Solution with other Oracle Health modules and third party systems Testing and Validation
Lead the testing process to ensure that Patient Access modules function as expected Identify and resolve any issues identified during testing Conduct User Acceptance Testing and gain signoff from key stake holders Demonstrate system functionality meets requirements during Requirement Validation Sessions Implementation
- Help design and test the implementation strategy for Oracle Health Patient Access modules
- Participate in golive coverage during system activation
- Troubleshoot issues logged during golive
- Provide training and support to end users during golive
Qualifications :
Education
Bachelors degree in healthcare administration information technology computer science or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 78 years of experience in Oracle Health system implementation with a focus on Patient Access and other Revenue Cycle related modules
- Proven experience in healthcare IT and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Experience troubleshooting complex Oracle Health system configuration
Skills
- In depth knowledge of Oracle Healths Patient Access Solution
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively train and support end users
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with clinical and administrative workflows in healthcare organizations
- Experience writing queries in CCL (preferred)
Certifications
Oracle Health Certification in Patient Access (preferred)
