Job Description: Skills: Organizational Change Management professional. Help support successful change initiatives by driving communication training adoption and engagement efforts for analytics products and services globally.
JD: Assist in developing and implementing change management content and strategies to support organizational initiatives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication to relevant stakeholders.
Create and deliver training materials and programs for analytics products and services.
Support the development and execution of engagement activities to foster a positive change culture.
Support in conducting impact assessments and enduser analysis to identify potential resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change management initiatives and making recommendations for improvement.
Experience: 24 years
Location: Chennai
Duration: 6 months
