Job Description
Job Title: Interior Designer
Location: Scottsdale AZ
Type: Onsite Fulltime
Role Description
Client seeks an experienced Interior Designer to lead project documentation furniture and COM selection for multiple projects. Responsibilities include creating design sketches overseeing project installations and ensuring compliance with building codes. Travel may be required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Determine scope of work and set project schedules
- Maintain client relationships
- Create initial design sketches color themes and presentations
- Handle construction documentation and administration
- Manage FFE documentation and space planning
- Oversee project installations and ensure timely budgetfriendly completion
Skills and Requirements
- Must be located in and authorized to work in the US (no H1 visa sponsorship)
- 3 years of interior design experience
- 2 years of Revit experience
- Proficiency in Photoshop 3D Rendering and Microsoft Office
- AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
- Strong creativity attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred
- Healthcare experience is a plus
