Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Game UI Artist who is mad about DESIGN and loves to indulge in the creation of NEW & CREATIVE each
time and every time. The designer should never feel that if feedback is provided it is rework; rather look at it as an great
opportunity to learn and reach newer horizons. Should have a learners approach where you eat breathe drink and sleep all
things design. A motivated professional who wants to an impressionable mark by allowing the work to speak! Committed

The essential deliverables are to:
Be a one stop point for the game design team in relation to UI elements
Design and illustrate for games
Complete assigned tasks and supervise team members through any stages of the production process from conception
through to final sign off
Optimise and verify (utilising user testing) the functionality and usability of features
Set and share best practices and workflows
Oversee the overall design production of all online and offline marketing material
Should be extremely proficient with all Adobe suits
Developing visually appealing collaterals and marketing materials through brand collaterals brochures PDFs SMM
posts and stories infographics and visuals as well working as other marketing mediums such as emailers marketing
presentations and web layouts.
Working within the brand language to visualize complex concepts and data points through infographics and charts.
Collaborating with a diverse crossfunctional marketing team including brand managers digital marketing & social
media strategists technologists and business marketing professionals to develop creative concepts for campaigns.
Creating highend graphics for social media and marketing materials
Design Thinking Process & Wireframing
Strong understanding of F2P Mobile Games and monetization strategies
Online gaming experience Games UI experience Game logo creation Shot composition and framing Digital painting
Photoshop Illustrator Flash Digital Illustration be well versed with
Designing original content and template content for broadcast and social media platforms
Should be proficient in wireframing/wireframes and creating mockups and layouts
Plan production schedules for the various steps in the design process; analyse project development costs and develops
project budgets workflow for multiple concurrent projects
Ensure a timely delivery of all assigned tasks
Conceptualize original and unique designs and illustrations
Experience laying out UI and screens
Good knowledge of UI and UX best practices
Should have a thorough understanding of the design language followed by a brand and must at all times ensure that it
is religiously followed in all design works
Plans production schedules for the various steps in the design process; analyse project development costs and
develops project budgets and workflow for multiple concurrent
Proficiency in designing for both web mobile & print
Work and liaison with various stakeholders and senior management
Dedicated to regularly performing and indepth research on design whats latest in every field and should be a very
keen learner
