Job Title:Service Now Developer (Enterprise Applications Developer)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 6 11 years Position Overview:We are seeking talented Enterprise Applications Developers to join our team to drive the expansion of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions. This role focuses on enhancing ESG & HSI functionalities expanding Integrated Risk Management (IRM) for audit purposes and advancing HR Service Delivery (HRSD) capabilities. The role also involves working with frontend technologies and integrating advanced features like AI Search and mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities:-
ESG & HSI Expansion:
Enhance and expand ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) and HSI (Health Safety and Incident) functionalities to support Joint Security and Risk Management processes.Develop and implement solutions that align with organizational risk management and compliance requirements. -
IRM for Audit:
Expand Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions to improve audit processes and compliance.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure IRM systems meet audit and regulatory standards. -
HRSD Enhancements:
Develop and deploy HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions for Onboarding and NowAssist (AI) capabilities.Contribute to the expansion of the HRSD FY25 roadmap focusing on enterpriselevel integration and efficiency. -
Portal and Mobile Development:
Design and develop web portals using HTML CSS and JavaScript.Enhance NowMobile and Agent Mobile applications to improve user experience and functionality.Implement AI Search capabilities to optimize information retrieval and user interactions. -
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of ESG HSI and HRSD enterprise applications.Proficiency in developing web portals and mobile applications.Experience with AI integration and search functionalities.
